WZMOCNIA patents and know-how

The WZMOCNIA Room, its control and its sound are solutions developed in Poland by NIHILI P.S.A. We protect them in two ways: with patent applications at the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland and as trade secrets.

Five patent applications

All filed on 28 September 2026; applicant: NIHILI P.S.A. The applications are pending before the office — no patent has been granted yet.

    WZMOCNIA mobile unit

    A mobile unit intended for sessions in controlled conditions of quiet, reduced stimuli and a defined interior environment.

    A method and system for controlling session parameters and successive stages, including the environment, signals and the course of the user’s experience.

    Acoustic signal with vibration output

    A solution combining an acoustic signal with mechanical vibrations acting on the user during a session.

    Session composition

    A programme of acoustic signals composed after the rhythms of nature and the time of day: timbre, intensity and tempo change together, following a single plan for the whole session.

    Session state transfer

    A method enabling a defined session state to be transferred or continued between devices or environments.

Know-how

We do not file everything. Part of our knowledge is protected as a trade secret and not published: details of building, assembling and calibrating the unit, the sound programmes, the control software and the way the unit is operated and serviced.

We share it with partners — hosts, contractors and financing institutions — only under a non-disclosure agreement.

What this means

  • The filing date — 28 September 2026 — establishes the priority of all five solutions.
  • The content of the applications remains confidential until the office publishes them, usually 18 months after filing.
  • We publicly state the number, date, applicant and title. Descriptions, claims and drawings — only under a non-disclosure agreement.

Licence or cooperation

We discuss the details of the solutions after a non-disclosure agreement is signed.
