Research · Chamber-REST · 2025

Three hours without stimuli. Researchers measured it.

One stay in a dark, sound-attenuated room — and a measurement a week later, compared with a group that spent the same three hours in an ordinary room with a phone. We say plainly what this means for WZMOCNIA — including what the studies did not show.

Potential changes

What might change over time?

The strongest potential changes after a series of sessions

One session may bring a moment of relief. A series creates space for regular rest and practice between sessions.

Work with high responsibility. Fatigue, attention, decisions and rest.

  1. How we know:
    Possible
    What it depends on:
    Practice between sessions
    After one session
A break from demands and a possible sense of feeling lighter.
    After a seriesweeks–months
With regular rest: a lower sense of exhaustion in everyday life.

For the company

How is this different from a benefit?

This is not one more thing given to the employee. It is the first one that takes something away.

What does the employer gain?

  1. Support for the quality of work and decisionsa break from constant reacting and a return to focus
  2. Support for wellbeing and recoverytime and space to rest during the working day
  3. Support for job satisfactiona tangible expression of care for the employee

The effect is documented by measurement in your organisation — before and after.

This is not therapy, a diagnosis or a health service.
