WZMOCNIA pilot
How the pilot runs
From the first conversation to the report: what we do, what the company does and what the site needs.
How the pilot runs
| Stage | What happens | On the company's side |
|---|---|---|
| Before | We check the site, agree the group and booking rules, and prepare a message for employees. | A site and a contact person; a contact list for sending codes. |
| During | The unit operates around the clock, from Monday 7:00 to Friday 7:00, with a NIHILI attendant on site. An employee books with one click, enters with a code and answers three short questions before and after. | Nothing beyond providing the site. |
| After | Collection of the unit, a short survey after a week, an aggregated report. | A decision about continuing, based on your own data. |
What the site needs
- Paved access for a heavy vehicle and load-bearing ground.
- About 14 × 3 m of free space.
- The landowner's consent.
- A red 400 V 32 A socket with circuit protection where the unit stands — bringing power to it and the safety of the cable while the unit operates are the company's responsibility.
Delivery and commissioning take place overnight before Monday. After 7:00 on Friday the unit returns to its host.
Pilot rules
- Participation is voluntary, without pressure from a manager.
- A block is made of full days: Monday 7:00 to Friday 7:00, with the unit open around the clock.
- Entry by code only, an entry log, monitoring of outside areas — no cameras in the rooms.
- Room preparation between entries and service — NIHILI.
- The pilot is for the company's employees — no family members or outside visitors.
After the pilot, extensions are possible: Friday and the weekend, further blocks or a permanent location, room preparation by the company's own staff after NIHILI training. For the pilot, a clean model matters.
