One session and regular practice

The strongest potential changes after a series of sessions

What might change after a moment of rest, and what might gradually become part of everyday life?

Possible effects depend on the person and the type of session. These are potential directions of change, not guaranteed outcomes.

Well-being, self-awareness and everyday habits.

What “a series” means

From a few to a dozen or so sessions at intervals. In studies of other forms of REST it was six sessions (Garland et al., 2024) or twelve sessions over seven weeks (Bood et al., 2006).

Does every session bring relief?

Not every one. Silence can also be demanding.

  • A session can be ordinaryNo clear relief — that happens too.
  • Difficult thoughts may returnWithout outside stimulation they are easier to hear.
  • You may feel sleepyEspecially after a period of too little sleep.

You can stop the session at any moment.

NIHILI does not provide medical services. A stay in the WZMOCNIA Room is not therapy, a diagnosis or a health service; the service is provided by the specialist, under their own professional responsibility.

This is not crisis support. If you need immediate help, call the emergency number 112 or the support line 800 70 2222.
